Swedish Meatballs
This recipe is from Carol Gaunt.
These little meatballs are perfect for a buffet, appetizers, or whenever you want a quick, mouth-watering entree that almost makes itself.
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can Bavarian sauerkraut (the sweeter kind)
- 1 large 32 oz bag of frozen precooked meatballs (from a place like Sam's)
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 12oz bottle of chili sauce
- 1 8oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 12oz can of WHOLE cranberries
Combine in a crockpot - cook for the first half hour on HIGH then turn it down to low and let the flavors mingle for 2 hrs. (or longer if you have it.) Serve warm right from the crock!
