Cold Vegetable Pizza

Great appetizer. If you don't care for the taste of sour cream, the recipe can be made without it or with only half the amount.
- 2 tubes of crescent rolls
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
- Assorted raw vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, green & red pepper, green onion, carrots, cherry tomatoes (halved), carrots, olives (black or green)
- 1 pkg. shredded cheese
Roll out the crescent roll dough and place it on a cookie sheet or large pizza pan and bake for 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool completely.
Stir cream cheese until smooth and add sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry ranch dressing mix. Stir until mixed completely through, and spread on top of the cooled crust.
Top with assorted raw vegetables.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Refrigerate left-overs.
