Aunt Aggie's Sugar-free Pie

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust (regular or chocolate)
  • 1 3-ounce pkg. sugar-free Jello (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 small containers yogurt (plain or flavored to match the flavor of the Jello)
  • 1 8-ounce container fat-free or Lite Cool Whip

 

Mix Jello and boiling water thoroughly and cool slightly.

 

Add the 2 small yogurts and 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

 

Place into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set.

 

Fresh blueberries folded into blueberry Jello flavored pie is great. You can use any combination of fruits and yogurt and Jello.

 

Approximately 210 calories per slice without the fruit added.
